I would like to raise discussion concerning the making of mount gears. As
mounts are becoming more and more common among several warrior classes, the
need for mount gear has increased remarkable. However, in my opinion the code
for make mount gear is too harsh for merchants and should be looked into. I'm
not talking about making saddlebags or bridles but about bardling. It's pretty
reasnoable that a warrior wants his beloved companion in battle to be
protected as well.

Of course everyone wants to have their mount barding of the best possible
material, diamond for example. Moreover, bardings made of wood or some other
crappy material break in few days. I think it's acceptable that more material
is needed when working with materials that are difficult to mould, in other
words materials that are extremely hard or fragile. But I don't understand why
the material has to be a single chunk. Doesn't a barding consists of many
different pieces of armour?

The second thing that's a mystery to me is why can't the skill tell you
approximately how much do you need the material. I'm asking for this because
the 'refit mount gear' already gives that information with 1 gram accuracy.
Furthermore, there's tons of different size of mounts so it makes the job even
harder.

Although I must give thanks to the feature that the skill doesn't take all the
material but the amount that's needed for the job. Now someone might tell me
that buy proforge, get 200kg chunk of diamond and you don't have to worry
about if it's enough or not, but it isn't really practical and I'm asking
someone to make the skill more user friendly.

Ps. Doubling the cost of the skill does _not_ solve the problem.
