Ok, here's one:
Could that synod-requirement for elderhood changed, so it would be based on
activity as synod member, not on that you must be elected 2 times. So it would
contain keeping X-amount prayers and total of Y prayed nuns, reciting Z amount
of restore scrolls or sumthing. I think this would make sense because we have
seen these lazy synod members.
I recommend changing radically or even removing the membership in synod
-requirement for elderhood.
All the other requirements can be achieved by staying in guild and slowly but
steadily completing the requirements, but reaching the membership in synod
seems to require a very intense gaming for a month or so.
Of course it could be that gaining enough guild-age would guarantee one a
place in synod no matter the restores done. But unless that is the case I find
it very hard to ever achieve elderhood due to this requirement. Even through
years of playing.
One option would be to upgrade all the other requirements by, say 20% and
require that all but one requirement will be needed to achieve elderhood.
