Could be fixed that joining the high council does not need to have all quests
done, guild quests would save over reinc regaldes if you are member of high
council and/or that Nostaaaanndiz would correctly say 'You dont have all
quests done, you cant join the high council'?

And could we please also get that only full psis & most repu are members of
high council? Its stupid when someone with only one level gets more benefit
from the guild than someone having full guild levels.

I don't agree fully to what blacksmith said, but there were imho a few good
points. I agree that the Council should be restricted to players with full
guild levels, and I also think that getting into the Coulcil should require
completing all the quests. It doesn't make much sense to me, that a 1lvl
member can get to the Council.
