Instead of having limitation when the spell can be casted upon others, it would
be more (new guild member) friendly that it could be casted on others with
almost any masterys & spell %, but with reduced ammount of 'saves'.
Now, when i can cast it on others it saves from 4-6 interupts until wearing
out debending about stats. It would not be unbalanced to allow someone with 20%
of spell & handful of masterys to cast it on someone else and have it save one
interupt. Maybe lower the min requirements to 100 points of spell and masterys
combined to ne able to cast the spell on others?
Or even better, remove the limitation altogether but make the save not to be
100% sure. e.g. with 20% masterys and spell, you could cast it on others but
when interuption happens, it has only 20% chance to prevent it.
The more top end psi you would be, the more certain saves it would grant and
the number how many interuptions it would prevent would also increase. That
would also make it possible to have potions of MTs, tough without masterys and
all, they would be more like +luck than any real help.
