I think it would be nice feature that if you phaze shift yourself and you
have lost your store place, you would get phazed to Vorek, Tora or council
chambers, according of your standing at the guild. Or that i could "cast
'phaze shift' guild" and get that same effect.

Maybe it would be dependent to what phaze sift % and mind store % you would
have.

Like along lines (phaze shift % + mind store %)/2 = success to get into
guild even if the phaze shift spell itself would come out as a success.
Too low percentages could act as banish self: "As you finish the spell you
suddenly notice that you recalled wrong the guilds outlines but you can't help
it anymore and you shift to wrong place..."

Could the temporal storing echo also tell the location what it was, like the
premanent storing does.
Or that name of the room would be automaticly stored to alias called
mind_stored, or that when shifting it would show where i am shifting.
