This subject has been kicked around on news before, but I will be specific
here.
Reaver energy is based on activity. Reavers do not care about leadership,
guild age, guild level, or elder. They care that you kill things and blow
stuff up. If you reinc back into the guild and get back to smashing, great. If
you rebirth back to the guild and get smashing, great. I have no intention of
removing yoru energy due to either -- so long as you come back.
