At reboot, some upgrades to reaver threaten.
1) When used on a wimpy monster, the effect increases.
2) New reaver quest "Two For Flinching" added. Threatening enough _different_
wimpy monsters will cut the time between reaver threatens from 10 minutes down
to 5.
