With new stat tune being introduced, it might be nice to give a few extra
points to spend on stats if you have done level quest for that level. Even
just a small number of points. It would give more incentive for people to do
level quests, especially the lower level quests. It might also lead to players
who are more educated and less clueless about the mud.

No it doesn't. Reduced levelcost to 1/2 or 2/3 is reward enough for LQ's IMHO.
Area quests though - now that's another thing to ponder about.

Speak for yourself, peep. For you, it's maybe enough. Others might need more
incentive.

Not everything should be doable with exp. Give questers some edge exp cannot give (of course lotsa exp still would rule over few quests). I think quests are now very underrated.
