How about making reinc have lowest setting, then staying at lowest setting if
you still have "safe exp" on, further anything over the "safe exp" is tanked
this gives you the ability to check out guilds as much as you want without
losing exp, but you also don't gain any until you commit to one. Guilds want
a commitment, I mean, why give you skills & spells when they can milk you for
free? eh?
