It might be nice to get an exp bonus if you take a race that is not suited for
your background. Now if you want to be different and make that elf ranger
you'll get a crappy tank and the exprate is horrible, maybe with a nice exp
bonus people might actually do something different for a change.

Already the system lists the races by what is suited for your background so
adding an exp bonus based on that would probably be not too impossible to
implement.

I see this just as another uptune for booned players, since they would most
definetely be the ones who gained the greatest advantage of this.
