It would be sweet and somewhat realistic, if the spells you have learnt by
heart (high%), would be swifter to cast than spells you arent as adapt in.

This is something that would 'punish' people with lower spell%, but if your
highest spell is at 50%, your problem is not casting with haste, and it would
add something to really make it worth spend the high exp cost to hit 100%
compared to 90%, as most players run around with 90% spells and they work just
as good failratio-wise, other than just saving 1 sp per cast or whatever the
'bonus' of putting 10m+ in those last %'s.

Very well, a thought nonetheless.

Well, it would screw me something awful, but I can see the merit to that idea.
It would be in-line with the theme of the newest tunes I think. Perhaps
something similar could be applied to skills as well?
