As it would make sense to me, which does not mean it will to others, I believe
that nomads may enjoy creating temporary structures (outerworld only) such as
teepees, tents, and other such structures, and enjoy benefits based on
masteries. Higher masteries would allow for a firepit, sleeping quarters,
improved relaxation. Needless to say this translates into +hpr +spr +epr, and
would promote area raping. But these structures would be time intensive to
build, and require materials (from merchants.) Rangers probably would have the
highest ability in this, but the other nomad guilds would still have some of
this skills abilities.

Basically, let us make tents and stuff, combine it with fire building and
camping, but make it a bit of a pain to set up so that to set these up will
have to be worth it (aka staying in a location for a long time.) Also this
skill combined with ranger fire, and a bard would allow for some serious
regen! After the camping area was no longer useful, the parts could be broken
down for use again, but eventually the parts would degrade (similiar to the
flints used in fire-building.) Merchants would have a new skill called
"survival gear" or something that allowed the creation of these kits.
Hmm... now that I wrote all that, sounds like a similar system used in star
wars galaxies, which is a shitty game. Still I think it might be something to
ponder about. Not saying its a good idea.
