sometime conju can cast very good prot, which save 80-90% domage. if count
this cast, and give leadership player which cast spell with save >x% damage
more time. x=80 or 90.
about period. i think need calculate for 1 week. on next week need multiple
score on 0.5 and add to new cast count. this save from monopolize leadership
on very long time, but save from getting leadership new reinced player.
