As it stands there is little to no benefit to being someone's Master under the
apprentice system... particularly in a 35 level guild, since level 50 is
arguably the hardest level to make without reincing into it (costs 1.2m and
there is no level chunk system until you've reached level 50)... so in a 35
level guild it is pretty rare for someone to level to 50 in the course of a
reinc and max the guild...

That being said I think the limit of only being able to apprentice 4 people is
kind of silly... what's wrong with me helping a few more newbies by being
available for them to train? Especially since so few people are willing to do
it at all... I'm not actually gaining anything from this system, I'm trying
to help out players, but since I've already agreed to help 4 of them I can't
help any more... Please raise this limit so that I can offer my services to
more of the low level members of my guild or add some real benefit to making
people your apprentices so that more higher level players are willing to
actually do it...
