Often times someone will be offline or invisible when someone sends a tell to
them.
I've seen other online games implement a buffered tell to the recipient, when
they return online, or uninvis, they get the message along with a datestamp.
If too many tells are sent, the buffer fills and the sender gets a message
that the buffer is full.
I would very much like to see that implemented here. Particularly if the
buffer limit could be set to by the individual player to prevent abuse.
I.e Spamming
For example, # tells in buffer 1-30, # of tells from a person, 1-5.
Please consider, discuss and implement.
