Make good and evil drift enable a player to go beyond the current maxgood and
evil. The benefit of this for religious casters is obvious. Second thought:
Give elves, drow, and the like a very strong innate drift which does not go
past current maxgalign. This strongly discourages, say, good_religious drow
without essentially forbidding it like the stat halving does, and gives a
mimimal bonus towards retaining their 'correct' alignment in return. Of
course, presumably those with such drift would be resistant to baptize, tempt,
and flip effects from the unskilled.
