amount of rebirths and exp spent in those shouldn't affect race leadership. go
lead your rebirth races or just make up your damn exps. hasbeen exps shouldn't
affect it.

Also, race leader should only be available to currently online players. If
previous leader wants to lead again after ld or quit, make 'em go to race
shrine and take leadership again. This would help those races that have 5
members on and leader is no where in sight :)

I'd have to agree with that statement, seeing as the rebirth is supposed to be
a way of starting over as a newbie. But you wont see me changing it (lack of
time)
