I think it should be enough that you have killed some monster once
to use any and all eq from it. It is quite boring and unrewarding
to kill something yet another time for stuff that you already have.
In addition this would hopefully bring back some kind of economy
to the game.
An interesting idea for names on eq might be to have a couple options: 1) the
ability to keep the names of the party members who killed the monster (current
system).....or.... 2)have the option to remove all the names on that piece of
eq but yourself (done via that fancy gizmo in bc)..which would then visibly
place you name on that piece of eq....like a marking scroll would do.

Howabout making eq made from mob retain names for few next kills too to make
it less needed to rape one mob 10 times to get eq even available. Like i kill
mobX now, next few mobXs woulda then have my name too. Number shoulda change
depending on power of mob, ie very weak mob wont give names to next ones and
powerful ones woulda give em longer.
