Actually, I don't even understand the current reinc system (yes, its nice
display of coding skills and yyber mathematical formulas) but as my dear
harasser Formse pointed out in flame-group - reincs do take money from game
and sometimes people even fund their reinc by selling eq.
Well, the recent 'eq name'-tunes have given a "slight" impact to the whole
economics anyway, but I'm not getting in to that in this post.
So, why not put a stable 5% instant tax and keep the fast, normal, slow as
they are (go down as time goes by) - the gain-reincs are fun for the first
time but after that they tend to lose their appeal and personally I rather sit
few months and wait for low insta tax than reinc with pain-in-the-ass gain.
Also, as you know most guilds have some sort of reputation-system placed to
disencourage reincing - if you reinc before you gain eldership or whatever the
term is you lose your precious rep.
Point being, as reincers clearly add value to the game please do make the
reincing easier (stable instant tax, the others could go down if someone wants
to reinc with pain-system), it might even encourage and get new people
addicted to reincing thus giving a kick-start to the slowly dying
economy-situation where people hoard own name eq's in their chests because "I
might need this someday".
PS. I do think the eq name-things are great but please please do not give
named eq anymore boosts since unnamed are already being pissed on
sales-channel.
