Tulkas is a level 52 mortal of the Valar race.
He was last on Fri Nov 21 13:23:52 2003 (275d, 7h, 48min and 57s ago).

Please give someone else too ability to invite in valar race.

Aldaron is (im almost sure) the last active Valar in the game
if one is to be picked for co-valar leads its him.
