We've had a few tunes to the ress/rais/body system based on how much exp is
given to the casting tarm in question. The last one I feel was more of a knee
jerk reaction to a freak event, but that's just me. However, I am concerned
with one aspect of abusing the system and that's due to suiciders. I seem to
recall roulette being changed for a similar reason. It's a bit ridiculous
that a suiciding player can reinc player flag, get their exp back fairly
quickly, and just die repeatedly so they can "give" all their exp to a tarm
friend. And yes this happened.

How about seeing instead of a tune that
drops tarm %'s totally, but one that just prevents abuse. It would be nice to
see a staggered affect on ress/body amounts based on how often the target
accepts, perhaps halthe % they would have gotten normally based on the last
ress if the same player accepts within an hour or so? Not sure if this is
feasible, but the abuse feature, while unusual, is still there.
