I heartily support the greater value that character levels have in comparison
with the old days when they pretty much only granted guild levels and perhaps
spr for us backrow types. However, I humbly suggest that things currently
weight too much in favor of level inflation. Accepting that this will be the
most downvoted idea ever posted to this group, I ask that the wizards please
make party experience shares be weighted by a combination of total experience
and level, not level alone. Those of you who feel you need a large number of
levels and little in the way of spells or skills to make your character setup
work may in fact benefit from this, since those dirty bastards who are
obsessed with rate may not be so hesitant to take you along during experience
parties.

I agree with the first part but the solution is more simple.
Up levelcosts. A lot. They really are ridiculously cheap on low (<60) levels.
Especially with the current explore exp and whatnot.
Also make all level training partial. Perhaps split levels to 10 even sized
chunks on all levels.
