Actually, if someone dares to tweak battle a bit, here's something to chew on.
1) Front row's defence capabilities should be dependant of all 1st row
members, after all its team work, and for this nomads (crimson) could get some
sort of battle formation-skills thus enabling them to defend/attack better
than others (yes yes nomads get d/p 100 from crimsons naked but come on).
Where are the Legionnaires marching in phalanx-formation!
These formations COULD be dependant of crimson rank - the highest ranking
officer could choose battle formations and those are available from rank,
General gets all the neat formations, Captain gets some formations. Here's an
example:
Battle Tactic Bonus Needed Rank
Phalanx +best defence General
Pincer Movement +more damage General
Flank Attack +defence Captain
Frontal Assault +damage Lieutenant
These are just some examples, go and figure the tactics, damages and ranks -
Crimsos could use more ranks and more tactics, of course

And this would put
Crimson-rank to some REAL use!!!
2) players with 2 shields should get ran over by the mobs - tank MUST wield at
least one weapon or mobs will piss on him. How do you hold big monster abay if
you dont have any weapons, push it/she/him with your shield ?
General hp-stuff:
Why isn't there a larger cap between lvl 30 boonless char and lvl 100 boonless
char - yes you get some from ss's, eq's and boons but, I guess I said this
before - how about putting some generic lvl advance bonuses like lvl 30 +3
con, lvl 40 +3 str +1 con lvl 50 +avoid +str +dex etc you know the drill, and
divide those for levels 0-100, not necessarily between 10 levels and figure
those out for each background - shouldn't be too hard.
