Since there has been complaintmets about the insta reinc being too "cheap".
Perhaps you could make it change depending on the amount of exp or something?
Like 5 -> 3%, of course there would be certain points where it caps but
between it would vary...for example with 20m totals you would have to pay 5%,
but with 100m it would be lower like 4.8% or something...however I dont know
which figures would fit well, so you could figure out somekind of mixture...

Also, I think people who like to reinc a lot and see new guilds in action
should get some small award for trying out different guilds...like for example
during the 2 weeks in the new guild they could gain exp a tiny bit more than
before, or get small stat/skill bonuses. I dont think the exp is a good idea
anyways since that doesnt give anything that I'd really like to see when going
to new guild. I also though about perhaps making this so that you get the
bonus only the first time you enter the guild...however its just an idea and I
think it needs a bit tweaking, the idea is good but the stat/skill/exp bonuses
might not be a good idea, perhaps something else would be better!
