This is intended as a new idea to give more substance to the nomad background.
It is a complimentary guild as navigator is to the other backgrounds. (Yes, I
know that not all guilds have access to navs, but at least some guilds in
every other background do.) My intention would be for a similar strength as
compared to navs. The following is a taste for what I am thinking with some
ideas as to potential general skills/spells and the patron selection process.
I tried not to step on the toes of other guilds.

Shaman Guild
5 levels
Must be full full member of one 35 level nomad guild or two 15 level nomad
guilds
Number you can take based on explore% , length of time in guild, renown (?)
Notes: Some level patrons may have alignment or other requirements. Patrons
give access to a spell, skill, or ability within their domain.

General Skills (max % depends on level in guild):
Hypnosis - makes subjects receptive to hypnotic suggestion
Mastery of Hypnosis
Courage - auto skill, leader only, can bolster warriors\' courage to keep them
from fleeing in battle
Calling the Spirit - hypnosis, can increase stat of recipient for 1 skill or
spell (could be separate skill for each stat)
Fumbling Lips - hypnosis, can only be cast upon non-aggressive mobs, short
duration, +chance to miscast spell during time
Plant Tree - plants a tree in an outdoor room

General Spells (max % depends on level in guild)(Could be skills instead):
Prophetic Vision - similar to enhanced peer but sees random room/monster(?)
within 4 movements from caster
Death Vision - identifies cause of last death upon whom it is cast (monster
name, hunger, drowned, etc)
Astral Projection - self only, outerworld only- when cast allows use of sps
rather than eps for travelling
Call for Warriors - outerworld only, pulls others members of party as
specified to walk to where you are, barriers/mtns block(?)
Talk to Trees - may see names of last 10?15? mob/player to enter room, only in
room with tree.

Choose a patron champion from the immortal champions or chaos(immediate)
