Could we get an upgrade, so we could buy one full boon for a reinc by losing 1
tp (or a few). This would of course disable spending tps for more boons, and
could only be used when you have no boons.
The way it is now is almost useless, this might perhaps take a few tp's out of
the game without too much of "suffeli".
