Since there is a general consensus amongst players that everything is fucked
up and <wyy wyy itku vinku insert your favourit thing to whine about here>
sucks, here are a few suggestions how to break ev^H^H^H^H^H^H^H^H fix all the
problems.

1) Make questmonsters 1/player. Insta-banish-thru-hw the whole party if leader
has the quest and monster is in combat with the party.

2) Make all quests unable to begin if one has the quest.

3) Remove monster ridiculous EQ-monster regen to fix the "impossible with
anything but top 10 9-man but stroll in the park with any rather decent
18-man".

4) Audit quests / EQ-monsters better. Most of the real "hard" in hard quests
is bruteforce guesswork with syntaxes (you know which wizards I'm talking
about) and being there instantly after boot

5) Make all top-EQ "soulbound" - only wearable if you have name on it. Also
autoclaim all eq that is not claimed within certain perioid; If there are no
names on eq, it gets the name of the unchester.

6) Make a new rule so that quests and eq-monsters that can be "fucked up" are
considered as bugs. Make abusing of these bugs instead of reporting them
punishable. Punish players doing so.

ps: Clarification on 1: Make it so that questmonsters(and quests) can be lead
by one player once - you could still have members who have the quest in the
party - they just cannot do any of the "quest checks" and cannot lead in
combat.
