I think it's nicer that players themselves pick who to target,
instead of just idling and the leader doing everything. Plus
it adds to the chance of confusion and chaoticness of battle,
when you don't have totally syncronized targetting.

ya so could alot of idle tanks.. doubt it will happend to much abuse
