1) Set everyone's total experience to 0. Give players with lot of exp rebirth
race selection according to current total experience.
2) Make the experience gained affect only current background player is
playing. Remove exp value of monsters, make experience based on things you do
at different guilds (for example, healers get exp when they heal people,
merchants get exp when they repair things).
