Burglecrits is not only affected by level, also wis affects. Besides, if you
just make a skill that affects it, it would just result in that every priest
would burglecrit, since anyone can max one skill. Unless of course it costs as
much as levels do, and then there would be little point in adding the whole
skill.

As for something else to affect critting, I suppose we'll have to wait until
Coren redoes the whole guild until we get to be more like the new trendy
guilds here.
