could dark meditation be enabled for spawn form... sucks when your ep goes
negative every 10min

In theory, theory and practice are the same, but in practice, theyre not.

On a related note, i've noticed that going spawn removes Burgle's hand. could
that be fixed please? after all that's a 1/boot thing

The problem here is the way polymorphing is handled in Batmud. Polymorphing
to, say, a frog will also remove your burgle hand.

The way it works: A) All your limbs and slots are cleared and items unequipped
and B) The temporary race limbs and slots are added. The same system is used
for returning to your 'real' race.

While technically possible to store the limb data prior to polymorph, it would
be a huge bog of code that would cause umpteen potential bugs.

I can give this a peek, yet again, to see if there's a smart way to pull it
off.
