Monster tunes are bounded below, so there is no need to fear that they will
drop to zero. Ideally, yes, there would be 'personal tunes', but this would
require a significant increase in storage/memory. Perhaps some other wizards
will have an idea how to do it efficiently, but with potentially huge numbers
of players and monsters, I'm personally not sure how to go about it.

That aside, there are still plenty of places in the game to get exp that lots
of people don't go to often. Granted, places closer to BC have traditionally
been hit harder, but there's no reason for that to be the case now that there
are 4 cities and tons of player cities scattered about.

Money and exp continue to flood into the game, so if you are feeling left out,
perhaps you need to change your tactics?
