Make monster level vs. player level an important factor when defining
experience gained for mobs. Many people have made their exp killing duzes and
eowyn animals and people who actually those monsters are meant for (=newbies)
have the monsters mostly killed and/or in very bad tune. This way people who
have reached higher level would go kill monsters with more challenge for their
experience and newbies would actually have some good tuned monsters to be
killed. Also the machine-like expmaking would maybe made a little harder than
it is now.
