Upon further review of the recent thefts, we noticed that additional and
previously undeclared exploits had been used to bypass guards in pcities.
This was done by floating a magical tower with a thief in it past
guards with rainflow, in violation of the game design.

To make it perfectly clear - any items/abilities/mechanics that trivialize
pcity raiding and allow you to bypass defenses are exploits and must be
reported to the admins.

The characters 'Serra' and 'Glacius' have thus been removed from the game.

We are currently reviewing our possibilities to restore/reimburse stolen
items, however as it's been several months since the thefts and many of
the items have been shifted around, this will be a complicated task.
We will do our best however, and ask those who have lost items to bear
with us for a while as we try to figure out how to handle this delicate
issue in the best way possible.
