Also did not require copying. Instead, the quest can now be completed any
number of times per boot, although only once per player. Since it is a
low-level LQ, I think this is fair.
Also, the reward for completing the quest (i.e. you are low enough level to
complete it) has been upgraded. Because, damn, it sucked.
