The options for 'show skills' and 'show spells' have been improved. You can
now do any of the following:

show skills min 25 -> show only skills 25% and up
show skills max 50 -> show only skills 50% and down
show skills offensive -> show only offensive skills
show skills neutral -> show only non-offensive skills
show skills trained -> show only skills that you have bought with exp

The above also work with spells, except replace "trained" with "studied".
In addition, spells have the following option:
-- show spells type <category> -> show spells of a given cast type, such as
fire or harm.

These can also be mixed and matched, for example, "show skills min 25 trained"
or "show spells type fire offensive". At the time of this posting, "min 25 max
50" doesn't work, but it will at reboot, so please don't send me bug reports
on this issue.
