Due to its long, valued history of killing mortals, the quest "Help Lady
Elberiel" has been promoted to LQ67 and "difficult". We wish it the best in
its tireless efforts towards ripping lowbies into tiny pieces.
Any exp oddities (such as players who get the savings twice, once at 56 and
then again at 67) and any training point issues (such as the ones you might be
missing, having completed the quest already) will be completely ignored by us.
A good solid reinc will sort both issues out.
