A few races were tuned today, here's a summary:
lepre -spellcost
gnoll -meta
hobbit int<->wis
gnome +lifespan +conceal
leech +spmax
brownie int <-> wis, +wis
minotaur +infravision
skeleton +spellmax
centaur -hpmax, -spmax

And, on a related news, the cap for using exp pool is still 300M, only that it
counts experience used in rebirths in as well.
