While I stand by what I said about player value versus shop value, I do agree
that reducing the "oops, I just sold my eq" factor sounds like a good idea.
As such, starting at reboot, many/most stores will sell your own items back to
you at a reduced price. This will only be noticable for items of huge value,
in all other cases, the discount will be miniscule or zero.
In an unrelated tune, you can now haggle prices up with the bargain skill.
This only works in cases where the shopkeeper has reduced the price due to
overstock, and it's harder to do. But you can squeeze out a few more coins
from that 150th leather leggings you've been carrying.
