This is advance notice that player city placement will begin shortly after the
Sunday boot.
The major things that you should know:
1) Player cities must be placed EITHER next to water, or within 3 spaces of a
road.
2) Must be at least 8 spaces away from areas, and other pcities.
3) Sometime in the future, nearby terrain MAY affect your city. Building a
profitable domain in the desert may prove to be difficult if that happens.
