Hello,
Exp bonus pool was tuned. You still get it at the same rate, and you
still have to do as much exp to empty the pool. However, the amount of
exp actually gained lessens with higher exp totals. So, new players
still get the double exp, players close to 300m will get +10%, and
those in between get something in between. Players above 300mhave too
much exp to get benefits from the pool.
