Hello,
You now regain exp at flat rate throughout the reinc. The rate depends
on your totals and chosen mode of reinc. The actual amount of exp
needed stayed the same, only the formula of getting it. This means
that you spend relatively less time at lower exp totals. Effective
after boot, as is the bonus pool.
Instant reincers can still laugh at the regainers.
