I modified chest code so that you can no longer overstuff them. You can
only put max slot amount of eq in them. Non chestable items are automatically
excluded and you can't put them at all in chests, this so that you can still
use 'put all' chesting macros.
This change was made to prevent the old way of chesting where you circulate
items through the floor.
