1) Should someone bid 100%, this changes the game a bit. We will then enter a
2-minute waiting period, during which anyone can bid 100%. After the 2
minutes, the winner is chosen by a simple dice.
2) If a rebirther bids more than his total worth, the rest will be deducted
from his rebirth exp. Should this fall below the limit for his current
rebirth, he's forcefully debirthed. Please note, however! The player will only
retain the remaining rebirth exp, NONE OF WHICH will be given as safe/total
exp.
