When you are polymorphed, it's now shown in show effects (and reported to
batclient, too).

You'll see it as 'Polymorph <race>', for example, 'Polymorph spawn'.

For now, only chaotic spawn reports time left. I added support for querying
the duration of the effect for any temporary race, so wizzurds who so desire
can add them where desired. The default is 'for now'.
