Some more internal changes and a couple of noticeable ones too.
Firstly, killing a target with a melee hit doesn't stop you from
finishing the combat round now, the last attacks get resolved too.
Secondly, battle cadence goes through normal hit handling now, ie.
it can be defended against, and it can miss.
There might be some small glitches with the changes, I'm monitoring
the situation. Please report any new anomalities in battle to me.
