Over the next week or two the Tarmalen guild will be getting a bit of a
facelift.

First to go are the seasonal guilds, they are now open all the time. The
'tseason' command is thus no longer available or needed. Each of the seasonal
guild shrines have three spells you cannot train in the other shrines, this
will not change but the spell lists might and will be made available if so.

Ramona finally realized that people weren't killing her for exp, money or that
one eq but because they resented her fee for telling you her location, she has
thus lowered the fee substantially.

Some other things that might happen: Rep system overhaul, new skills/spells,
guild "quests", a new guild area, Durand being nice and Cybie graduating to a
midbie wizard.

NOTE: Begging me for info about stuff may affect results and timeframe.
