Player city scroll cabinets and clothing closets underwent some rather
substantial internal changes. Additionally, they can now only be moved when
closed and empty, similar to chests.
If you happen to notice anything funky, please let me know. Scroll cabinets
are already changed for this reboot, and the closets will take effect tomorrow.
