A change was made to stackable items (such as ammunition) that prevents some
of them from merging. Specifically, many poisoned weapons will no longer stack
with non-poisoned, or with those of a different poison strength. This will
probably make working with poisoned arrows a bit of a pain, and I guess that's
the point. However, it also means you can't make 999 arrows toxic by dropping
1 poisoned one into their midst.

Let me know if this code tune has any unusual side effects. Takes place at
reboot.
