You can now use "advance level" to advance your character's level anywhere,
some special locations excluded. This is mainly to help new players, but
there doesn't seem to be a good reason not to allow this for everyone.
Blocks and such are not available via this command, this is intentional.
Consider this functionality as being in beta phase, the documentation
will be updated, if it remains in game.
Please bring potential caveats to my attention.
